1. Purchases
You are responsible for your purchases. If you are a minor, please discuss this with a legal guardian.
2. Disputes (Paypal)
No disputes are tolerated, your user account and your service(s) may be deleted.
Article 3: Products and services offered
LibraHost provides services with open access to an individual or group of people with a tax address in French territory and accepting the clauses of the general conditions of librahost.fr, in exchange for payment of a rental whose cost is fixed according to the chosen formula.
Article 4: Service interruption
LibraHost reserves the possibility to suspend its operation for maintenance or various updates. LibraHost will inform its customers on its website "tasks.librahost.fr" as much as possible, without being bound by any guarantee or compensation and/or damages whatsoever vis-à-vis customers.
Article 5: Modification of services offered
LibraHost reserves the possibility to modify its offers, its rates and its formulas at any time, without notice. The price of services paid in advance is guaranteed for the period concerned, the offers and formulas are also maintained in the period concerned as for the rates.
Article 6: Withdrawal
You waive your right of withdrawal from the moment your service has been delivered. If you still want a refund, this is possible pro rata and in credit.

Article 1: Destruction of our services
The user is not allowed to perform actions that would lead to the destruction of our services. (Installation of viruses, cryptocurrency mining)
Article 2: Copyrighted content
The user is not allowed to use or change the copyright of a website, and MP3, DIVX or other files, as long as its owner is not granted to him.
Article 3: Data transmission
The user is not allowed to perform illegal actions with our services (Denial of service attack, or other activities harming the proper functioning of its activity.). Concerning Tunnel IPs offers, it is the client's responsibility to measure their commit to avoid potential suspension.
Article 4: Data
Your data belongs to you, you are responsible for your data in case of loss thereof, LibraHost is in no case responsible.
LibraHost reserves the right to delete and suspend the service in case of non-compliance with these conditions. The Terms of Use/Terms of Sale can be modified at any time by LibraHost, without warning. These modifications are immediately effective.
